What We Provide

• Designated vendor space within the event
• General lighting and access to foot traffic from attendees
• Pre-event and post-event promotion on our social channels
• One 6-ft table and 2 chairs
• In-event digital signage
• Designated time slot for to introduce your business or brand to our audience or demonstrate your product.

What You Provide

• Table setup, decor, and signage
• Your products/merchandise and your own payment methods (Square, Cash App, etc.)
• A representative at your table for the full vendor time window
• Your own table and chair(s) – if preferred

Arrival, Setup, and Breakdown

• Arrive and begin setup between 7:30 – 8:30 PM.
• Be fully set up by 8:45 PM.
• Stay set up until 11:300 PM unless otherwise cleared with the organizer.
• Breakdown is from 11:30 PM – Midnight; please clear your area completely.
• Venue may vary.

Guidelines

• Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax, licensing, and business compliance.
• Power outlets available—bring your own power strip/extension cord if needed.
• Space is limited; confirmed vendors only, no transfers without approval.
